- Catalyst Control Console

Self-contained control console that forms the heart of the
pyrotechnic show equipment. The CCC-1024 model upports up to 32 Catalyst Firing Modules each
handling 32 CUEs for a total of 1024 unique show "cues/events".
The CCC-3200 model supports 100 Firing Modules giving a total
cue/event-count of 3200! The Catalyst
Control Console (CCC) may be operated from internal batteries or from
120/240vac (factory set). No external computer is needed to function in any of the five
firing modes (Direct, Group, Sequence, Timecode or Shell Timing). Show
sequence and Shell timing data are transferred to/from the CCC either
through the integrated SD-card reader or the computer data-port. A
show sequence may be loaded "at the office" and the CCC will retain the
show indefinitely, or the show may be loaded/changed at the show site.
Security is controlled by the use of a globally unique electronic key (iButton)
that only the Operator/Safety Officer controls to allow access to the CCC
and/or take the console from Safe mode to Arm mode.

- Catalyst Firing Module (FM-32)

A 32-CUE firing module using advanced Capacitive Discharge technology.
Interconnect cabling between the CCC and FM units consists of simple two-wire
connector-less "lamp cord" allowing Firing
Modules to be connected in whatever fashion that makes sense for the particular
show being setup. Special termination or "end-of-line" units are not needed
using our proprietary communication protocols. "Booster Boxes" are a thing
of the past with the Catalyst System.
- Catalyst Pyro-Tilt Sensor

An innovation totally unique to the Catalyst system, this small unit may be
attached to any supporting structure (rack, trough, pole, etc) that needs real-time monitoring during
a show to insure that changes in angle do not occur. Should the angle
change by more than a preset amount (±15
degrees), the Pyro-Tilt sensor signals the
associated Firing Module to cease all further CUE fires without any action
by the Pyro-Shooter/Operator. This is strictly a safety device that
operates in a fail-safe mode.

Self-contained Remote Console that allows wireless connection to those
odd remote locations where running wires is either cumbersome or impossible. Supports up to
34 Catalyst Firing Modules, each
handling 32 CUEs. The Catalyst
Remote Console (CRC) may be operated from internal batteries or from
120/240vac (factory set).
